Standard Home Cleaning
Our standard home cleaning service is perfect for those who want to keep their homes clean and tidy on a regular basis. We provide weekly, bi-weekly and monthly appointments. Standard cleaning provides top to bottom dusting in all rooms, from ceiling fans to floor molding. All floors are vacuumed and mopped (hard floors) including below furniture whenever possible. Glass tables and shelves, mirrors and doorwalls are cleaned. Bed linens replaced when provided. Baths, showers, sinks and toilets are disinfected inside and out. In the kitchen we clean countertops, cabinet doors, stove top, microwave inside and out, fridge exterior, and sink. Trash is removed throughout the house. Door knobs and switch plates are sanitized.
Deep Clean Service
Our deep cleaning service is necessary for every new client looking for recurring cleaning. This is when we bring the home up to a level of clean that our client wishes to maintain with on-going service. It includes all the services we provide in a standard cleaning but with extra effort to get into every nook and corner, find every smear and fingerprint. Deep cleans take more time and physical effort than standard cleanings.
Our deep clean service is also available for those not interested in recurring cleaning.
Move-in/Move-out Cleaning
Our move-in/move-out cleaning service is perfect for those who need an empty home prepped for the next occupant or new owner. This provides top to bottom dusting in all rooms including ceiling fans and floor molding. All floors are vacuumed and mopped (hard floors) including inside closets. Mirrors, doorwalls, and glass on entry doors will be polished. Tubs, showers, sinks and toilets will be sanitized inside and out. In the kichen we will clean the countertop, cabinets inside and out, microwave, stove-top, fridge exterior and sink. Please note: we do not provide bulk trash removal. Move-in service is intended for completely empty homes.
Extras
Fridge Interior - all contents removed, drawers and shelves removed and cleaned, interior cleaned with plenty of hot, soapy water! Fee - $30 and up, depending on amount of cleaning required.
Laundry - we are always happy to start a load of laundry or move a load into the dryer during our normal cleaning appointment but we do not provide washing/drying service outside of that time frame. Folding/Hanging service is typically $8/load. A load = a full laundry basket, basically what you pull out of a full dryer.
